FRIED BONELESS CHICKEN IN CHAR SIU SAUCE Ingredients: 4 pieces of chicken drumstick. Seasoning Mix: 1 tbsp wine, a pinch of pepper, 11/2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce, a pinch of salt. Procedure: 1. Remove chicken bones. Cut into pieces. Pound chicken lightly 2. Marinate chicken pieces with seasoning mix. 3. Deep-fry chicken pieces in hot oil till done. Drain well. Ready to serve. Serves 4
